The joy of Starting

I don't know whether I am writing anything new or not but I just wanted to express myself.
Everybody  knows starting is one of the toughest thing in your course of action.
We need to understand that why we usually don't start anything we wanted to do for a long time.
There are two major reasons for our delayed starting.
1. Our Laziness
2. Fear of failure.

1. Our Laziness: We usually don't show laziness when it becomes important for us to do something. But laziness strikes when things are not immediately harming us.
I will take a very example for this- Going to GYM. [It is a common new year resolution which people make every year. But very few of them continue this for long.
Reason is simple. Not exercising doesn't harm us immediately and so comes our laziness.
2. Why do fear to start something new - reason being we hate to get fail. Nobody likes to get fail. I will give a very general example for this.
Many times two compatible persons don't get along just for the reason of getting rejected. A boy may have a secret crush on a girl and girl likes him too.
But fear of rejection is holding both of them. This is one of few reasons that we have missed many great couple stories till date.
Similar in the case of greeting random people in our office. In our office we usually fail to recognise that there are many people who work before your coming to office to look office neat and clean.
We greet our colleagues and supervisors only. I don't know how many of you can recognise your gatekeeper or sweeper outside your office premises. What it takes to greet them- A simple Good Morning - That's it.
I have seen that if started giving love and respect to someone I get more love, affection and respect from that person. Although this situation may not hold true for everyone.
But what's harm in giving love if we can't get back same love. Love is not money if you keep giving - it will run our after sometime. In the race of money we have forgotten that what is the glue which has bounded all of us. - It's none of the other than- love. In today world it seems money is the cement which has bounded us- that's why once the money is gone- all the connections are lost.
That's why friendship, relationship just became a dictionary term now a days.

Have you got the Coupons?

Almost everybody loves to shop but at the same time we want to save our money too. There is always a trade off between the product you like and price you pay. You wonder always if I can get this item with some discount or not? If you get any discount then you always wonder whether I am getting the maximum discount or not? If you are getting a heavy discount then if you start thinking whether the product is genuine or not?
Amazon solves all of your worries at once. Here you get almost every-time genuine products at lowest price with very timely delivery.

One of the nice initiative by amazon is about getting your items by yourself from their hub/store. This will be useful for those persons who are living or driving  near by their hub/store. They can get their items before the estimated delivery time.

Now amazon charges 499 for free delivery, it's same as their competitors, so no issues for me as delivering small items is not feasible for long time. But what I like most about them is their delivery and their return policy. Many companies used to return your money as their gift vouchers but  amazon directly transfers to your account or credit card. One more good thing about amazon return policy is that they ask your time slot when you will be available at your location.

The second thing about amazon is that it's review system and newly introduced questions and answers are awesome.
While shopping at amazon you get really good deals in deals section not like other site who show increased prices then reduces it.
I like  Amazon because of multiple reasons.
1. You will get the best price almost every time
2. You can get even a 50 RS item on COD without shipping charges. I have ordered multiple books under 99 without paying any shipment charges.
3. Speed of delivery - this thing always left me surprised. You can order today and sometimes without ordering for the next day delivery you can get it delivered next day. I can remember a day when I ordered a book around 11 P.M and I got it delivered on 11 AM next day and this was a normal order.
4. Authentic products - my Amazon orders have reach the count around 100 but I haven't found any duplicate or cheap Chinese products.
5. Nice Sellers : I have ordered- the hunger games and it is shipped within 3 days and price was lowest on internet.
6. Pre-launch booking available for various types of items. - I have purchased Blue-ray of Guardians of the galaxy for just 600 Rs.
7. you get same day delivery just for 99 Rs.
8. You get two options for your delivery-
a. Group the items into as few deliveries as possible
b. Deliver items as they become available.
9. Delivery time can be adjusted - I had ordered something for friend's birthday but estimated delivery date was one day after the birthday, however on my request they delivered one day before and that too within the specified time of the day. I asked them to deliver by 3 pm they deliver around 2:30 pm.

Now, you to get the maximum deal from Amzon - And the option of exploring all amazon deals from a single page is - http://www.27coupons.com/

My First Experts

For me there was not a single first expert in my life. I can hardly distinguish who is more important to me - Mom or Dad. For me they are a single entity. Since my childhood if somebody asks  whom you love more Mom or Dad. I still can't figure it out. I have been continuously showered with love from both.
Everybody needs experts for some suggestion or to get their work done. I have a single expert called- Parents. If I ask any advice from Mom or Dad I will get a single concrete answer from any of them. Means there was always a firm advice no matter how much this has been discussed between them.

All of must agree that our parents are the first teachers read (experts) we came across (especially mother). I have learnt a lot of things from parents whether it is academics or normal life. I am always thankful to my mom and dad for all of the lessons they taught me intentionally or unintentionally. By saying unintentionally I mean to say they themselves gave a solid examples of teachings in form of day to situation handling. I would like to mention some great examples , so let's start with mom first-

Examples set my mom-
  1. Avid reader: No matter what it takes my mom kept reading and studying alive (in short keeping her hobby alive). My mom did her M.A. in psychology from Kashi Hindu Vishwavidyalaya (Varanasi) while having me as a kid.
  2. Fight for the right and rights- In some situations where there is a conflicting matter between my mom and dad, my mom use to fight for right. e.g. - In the name of love marriage my dad was very upset, he accepted it front of me but he couldn't accepted it heartily. Understanding the whole situation my mom came to rescue and gave some good logic to dad why he should accept my condition. Now dad is more than happy and knock the most people off who give absurd logic against love marriage.
  3. Changing the image of women- When I get little sense(In btech u can say :D) I found men are usually stereotyping women. Girls/Women are like this like that blah blah blah and all. I found my mom opposite of all.
3.1. She did M.A. not for the sake of collecting degree or getting a job. She did just because she was into the studies. A die hard fan of study and reading.
3.2. She loves cricket more than us knows more rules than us(brother, dad n me).
3.3. Watching all those crappy saas bahu serials very less often.
3.4. She didn't spoon feed us( We brothers are doing our laundry and dusting since childhood).
3.5. Hardly found of jewellery and fashion.
3.6 Helping dad in the business of school i.e. teaching, monitoring , managing ,directing etc.
3.7. Not very emotional- I can't be sure about this point but all I can say unlike most women(as stereotyped)who used to use emotions as there weapons to make something happen against the will of her husband, I never found my mom doing this. Secondly my mom's emotions never came into the way of pursuing my higher education as my hometown is Sasaram and did my graduation from Delhi. She was always cheerful while saying a good bye while leaving my home town every time.
     4.  Been with my dad from his worst to best.

Examples set my Dad-
  1. Man of steel - You may not believe it but he is my man of steel because of several reasons. First of all he is very hard worker. I have seen him working since 5 A.M. to 9 P.M. on daily basis for several years. I still think how is that possible -Dad!. He took rest from his home tuition profession only after getting a govt job.Secondly I have hardly any memory of my dad fallen sick - so I have very solid reasons to say him Man of Steel.
  2. Having mentality ahead of his generation- I have multiple points on this point.
2.1.   Having 3 or 4 children was very common in my Father's generation but my father has decided to keep it only two. Hats off Dad !!.
2.2.    I have asked many men and found that still it is pretty difficult to get them involved in family planning. But my father did in that generation. Here is the link if you have any doubts-
2.3.    Strictness according to age- This is a very crucial thing in the parenting. My dad always know that when and how much freedom we boys deserve(applies to both bros). Like after passing my 10th I wanted to go to movie[Main Hoon naa] with friends for the first time and my mom denied strictly then I have to say it to Dad. He said Yes instantly. Dad you are great - love you .
2.4.    Helping mom in house hold chores - This will be rarely find in the men of my Dad's in the small town like Sasaram.
2.5.     Helped mom to get her masters done despite my dad having only graduate degree.

      3. Treating my mom like queen- Love and care this is what I am still learning from my mom and Dad. My dad takes very much care of mom. I never saw my dad yelling at my mom. There were situations of disconnect and disagreement but it never happened that it lead to any physical fight. So I have learn to respect women from Dad which is very much absent from many men.

      4.  Helped me to take interest in maths and science. He took care of my studies till 7-8th grade or you can say until got another tutor. My dad also taught me importance of English despite I was studying in hindi medium till my 10th.

As my mom and dad getting older and more experienced it is being reflected by their hairs - they are graying out of experience , to solve this problem they rely on their expert named as Godrej - http://godrejexpert.com/single_used_pack.php

Describing mom and dad can go on and on...

Joining the new league

I am pretty much excited to join the league promoted by kapil dev.
here is the link of of his new link promoting his league.

http://www.eknayileague.com

Here are some more videos from the Kapil dev.

Usually people say that you have to play or do something from your heart then you are bound to win.
But Kapil Dev says you will get Hit Wicket by playing with your heart makes my very curious what this league is going to be like.

I cannot miss his introduction to this new league. I want to watch what is this all about. Please reveal the mysteries as soon as possible. The rush is taking my nerves.

I am fan of Kapil Dev since I was able to understand cricket in my childhood. In my hometown every boy wanted to become Sachin but I was not settled only for the batting, I wanted to contribute my team as a bowler too. So, my role model was Kapil Dev for the obvious reasons.

As we can see from the video that Kapil Dev is talking about a league where use is heart/dil won't work.
So I am guessing that it will be some sort of less emotional and more brainy game where your emotional quotient will try to override the logic of your mind. And this is where you are bound to fail.

In our life sometimes it happens that our mind tries to show us the right way but our heart ignores it. One of the greatest example I can relate is from movie Ranjhana. Despite knowing the girl won't give him any chance he tried everything to woo her. But he failed every single time. Sometime life gives is pretty clear signals and due to love we continue to ignore them. This is one of the reasons why we used to call that "Love is Blind."

Let me give you an example where I am giving your love a new angle from my mind. We all love our mother, sister and even father who used to do our household chores. But let analysis minutely........

We have a notion that homemakers don't contribute to the family income. But reality is very different, I would say that a normal home maker or so called housewives earns upto 20k per month.

Before reading further I would like to say that I am not comparing anybody to anybody. I am just trying to point out economic perspective of a housewive and want to create more respect for them.
So let's start.(Figures are in monthly basis)

1They cook for us5k- 10k
2They took care children5k- 10k
3They took care for house cleanliness2k- 05k
4Further managing your home budget2k -05k
Total14k -30k

These are some tasks which are just highlighted for the example perspective.Any home maker does a lot more than that. I want to highlight first point specially that there are more benefits for cooking at home, if you eat cooked food at home made by your family member.

It has been proved that those who eat home cooked food have a good health. If you are healthy this health can save you around 10-20k in a year on average. Therefore, we can see that a normal home maker saves much money I can calculate or you can imagine.

By calling home maker or housewife, I don't want to suggest that it's only a women job. A man can be a good homemaker. It should be personal or mutual choice that who will play this role. If anyone is opting for being a home maker we should not think him/her anywhere inferior than who is earning for family.

Dear readers, if you have a housewife or your mom as a homemaker - have respect towards her.She may not be earning money directly but always remember - "Money saved is money earned".

It's not like that we have to think only by our heart we have to apply our mind to reach destiny, that what I can say Kapil Dev tries to prove here.
